SCAM!!! i responded to an ad in Oct, 2010. and was told that they were gonna provide me with listings for a service fee of $180.00...but what they didn't say was listings they would provide are listings for properties that AREN'T for rent. i asked for a refund and was promised that it will be processed, it is currently 6/15/11, 8 months later, and they are still making excuses as to why my refund hasn't arrived. beware because ray seems nice and soft spoken, but, a major scam artist.
