Low Quality Workmanship

In January 2013, Juan quoted me over the phone as to the cost of the project, his workmanship is low and the quality of the job poor. He didn't do all he said he would do, in addition he broke some items. I'm such a nice guy, I still paid him. Be careful and very watchful if you hire this guy. Better yet, go elsewhere. I would not call him back for any warranty repairs.
