As an Enrolled Agent practicing for over 33 years, I have used many different continuing education courses. Platinum Professional Services has performed with excellence over the past few years. The the personalized service that they gave me for the 2016 tax return season was by superb. I practice in the US Virgin Islands which was hit by two Category 5 hurricanes this last September. Communications were completely knocked out, and came on line in January, but poorly. Despite poor telephone service, spotty internet and malfunctioning equipment, Olivia, Lauren and Austin each helped me complete my CE by deadline. Thanks greatly, Kathryn Crystal
