This business practically stole my money. Everything that was promised to me never fell through. After not keeping their end of the contract for the latter half of the first four weeks of my membership, I decided that I would let the 90 days run out, and collect my refund. After all, I kept my part of the deal, and for two consecutive weeks they had not. A breach of contract was initiated by them, but according to the manager, Kathy, I should have kept my end anyway. She insisted that Platinum's breach of contract meant nothing., and that I should have kept up with my updates, regardless of their inactivity. I have contacted the BBB, and it turns out that the BBB has listed the business as a scamm. I will also be contacting the attorney general, and subsequently, taking them to court.
