Do your research before you choose to work with Planet Hospital...

I speak from experience, not only did my husband and I work for PlanetHospital I am also a current client; our surrogate is presently under their care. I was asked to join the Planet Hospital team while going through our surrogacy, to be a liaison between clients and management. It was heartbreaking to see the lack of honesty and ethics that PlanetHospital demonstrated; my husband and I had no choice but to professionally separate ourselves from this company. Despite our repeated requests, we still have not received an egg retrieval report nor an embryo report from the clinic that PH uses because the founder and CEO of Planet Hospital, "Rudy" Rupak Acharyya has told them not to cooperate with me. I make these statements at my own risk and I'm worried about our surrogate but I cannot sit by silently while other IPs get scammed! During my tenure at PlanetHospital I collected e-mail messages showing that PlanetHospital staff asked the staff at the fertility clinic to falsify records after Rudy stole eggs from an innocent, unsuspecting IP who trusted PH with his life savings and his dream of becoming a father! Please approach this company with caution and be very careful about trusting them with your dreams or your money. "Rudy" Rupak Acharyya is a scam artist! When you ask about what you discover during your research, you will be told that the negative reviews are from "disgruntled employees" or "clients that didn't get pregnant". The negative reviews are TRUE! When you see how this company responds to conflict (ex. trying to "shame" a former client when she wrote an unfavorable, yet accurate review), you may may make a different choice as to whom you trust to assist you. There are so many other options. In my opinion, this company prays upon vulnerable people and exploits their dreams of creating a family! Finally, when clients decide to terminate their relationship with this company and request a refund, they are told that the only way they are going to see their money is if they sign confidentiality agreements, promising that they won't share their experience with others. That is why there are not more unfavorable reviews out there.
