I would like to commend Marianne of customer support for helping me out with my issues regarding a movie I did not receive. The reply was very quick and they resolved the problem very fast. The only part I did not like was the lack of phone support. However, the service is still great since I emailed several times and she always replies back to my questions quickly. I am a satisfied customer
