Until asked by a potential customer today about a 2008 review we were not aware that we had any negative reviews in the review forum because this light bulb order was refunded and the BBB review closed within 2 hours of hearing from the customer and BBB in 2008. The forum review rating at this point in time is based only on 1 review and has nothing to do with the business BBB rating which is A+ over the last 8 years. This is a very unfair review with much coming from his own negative thinking and trust issues not the facts. We explained to the customer that the item is in stock but we leave the warehouse after UPS and FedEx pick up and we were not there that late in the day which was hours after our shipping is completed. The customer was refunded immediately but instead he chose "not to believe us" and instead writes about how he "imagines" this to be some wild scheme to "lie" to him in order to scam him out of his $14.95 light bulb money. We've had over 50,000 successful orders completed without a single one not getting the product they paid for.
We’ve been a A+ rated BBB accredited member since 2003 and this is our first and only negative customer review ruining our 5 year perfect record up to 2008 with over 50,000 orders delivered. We are Paypal verified with over 4800 verified Paypal transactions. We pride running our business with excellent customer service, fast shipping and keeping good positive energy flowing through it all the time. We communicated promptly with the customer from start to finish including that the order was refunded so we were surprised to receive a negative review days after the order had already been refunded.
We’ve had 3 additional years with no negative reviews and no BBB complaints. Overall we go above and beyond for our customers and in isolated cases such as above we resolve them very quickly.
