When I tried to contact Power phone TECHs I waited on line for 3 hours while being informed I would be connected with someone in ONE minute for over 2 hours. I got lucky once after only 45 minutes one day and a TECH answered the phone. I had been trying for 8 hours for two days in a row, yes 16 hours and could never make or receive a phone call. After trying everything multiple times the last TECH I talked with said he had no idea why I could not call out or receive calls and had no idea what could be done to make Phone Power work. It was supposed to be $8.33 a month, but when I cancelled they came up with a fee of $31.65. I complained to my credit card company and they arbitrated and found in my favor and AGAINST Power Phone. This means nothing to Power Phone, they send me a bill for $63.45, who knows where that number came from, and they are going to attach a $25 claim fee for a service that NEVER WORKED! The amount they are trying to charge me has no basis. Everytime you talk with someone at Power Phone, after waiting for more than 30 minutes, it is somebody new wno has NO idea what your talking about since nothing was recorded of the last conversation. They are like parrots saying "you owe us" and I tell them of the whole debacle and then close with "Would you pay for a SERVICE THAT NEVER WORKED?" I feel like Power Phone has unethical business practices and that the company should be investigated.
