Let me start by saying I wish I could give -5 stars to this company. Their tech support is an absolute joke and they will blame anything and everything possible to not take responsibility for their equipment and service not working properly.
Once you get to the glorious end of your one-year contract (in my case) they insist that, no, you have a two-year contract and you are therefore responsible for a $99 early termination fee.
Their support representatives are sadly uninformed and often rude. I would probably be rude too if I had to work at such a place.
I wish I had never heard of this company.
