I was with Phone Power less than a month. My phone only worked for a day or two. When I called tech support, I either got very little help or no help. When they did not answer, I left a message on their web site. They did not respond. In my experience, this company provided absolutely no support.
When I canceled the service, they informed me that they will not refund any money. I expected that. Then they want me to pay for return of the equipment. That takes guts. It also sounded like they wanted to take ownership of my phone number that I had for over 12 years.
Watch out for this company.
