I took my car to the location in Anaheim Hills for new tires. They said it would be ready in an hour, which turned into 2 hours. The had supposedly road tested the car, but I doubt it. I drove away and the tires sounded loud on the road. The sound kept getting louder, like a flat tire. So I pulled over and inspected the tires, could see nothing. So I turned around and headed back. The noise kept getting louder and I had a hard time steering when I put on the breaks. Yeah, they hadn't tightened the lug nuts on the right rear tire. It could have come off. Very scary experience. They appoligized, but I would not go there again. This was April 2009.
