I had my brakes changed and turned out that one of my rotars was damaged. So I paid for a brand new rotar, brake pads and labor. My husband and I were there for 4 hours & the technicians were hiding my rotor and going back and forth to the main sales store next door. I asked if they resurface rotars. They said NO. Well finally I was so fed up with the run around I saw them hurrily wrap up a used rotar and stuck in a box.... Charging me for a brand new rotar. BS! I do not recommend any one getting their car serviced here. As we were waiting there were 2 customers that had to come back and complain. I know that there are numerous complaints out there. So in all, the whold night shift at this location lied to my face. I will be taking this to a higher matter.
