i currently work for pepboys in, this has got to be one of the WORST companies i have ever worked for in my life. there are a few awesome tech's in the shop but the rest of them shouldnt be working on a pedal bike. never in my life have i seen more corners cut and so so so many customer complaints, its ridiculous. i will NEVER come to another pepboys after my time at this s*it hole, nor would i EVER EVER recommend anyone bring there vehicle to this company. they will overcharge, and under deliver. if you know nothing about cars, you would probably be better off working on your own car then coming here. i have seen so many customers come in, get work done, pay, and come back the next day because the problem they had, "fixed" is now worse then it was to begin with. The funny thing is half of the time they try to turn it around and it is now some how the customers problem. and as the company catch fraise goes, "Pepboys does EVERYTHING for less."
