Just wanted to congratulate Patrol Masters on their great customer service team! I had to call in to safe list my car in an emergency situation and the gal I spoke to was great! It was about 10pm on Thursday night, she was polite, got all my information and repeated it back to me. I had never had a problem with any of their C/S representatives. If our HOA ever changes security companies, I AM going to complain!! Keep up the good work Patrol Masters!!
I've considered using the online safe listing option, but talking to the people at Patrol Masters is so much nicer and fun!
