Most of the people that work at this company are not professional and rude. I always have a hard time getting the proper help needed. Only exception is Ren. He is a very kind and patient individual that is very attentive to your calls. Very friendly individual. Ren is the only bright star at this horrible company and I know people like him are probably being treated unfairly.
