Probably the worst furniture store in Los Angeles in terms of customer service, reliability and overall attitude. It's a real shame too, because they do have some nice products. When we purchased a sofa from Pampa in 2003 we were told in store that it would take 3 weeks. 3 MONTHS later, after dozens of unreturned phone calls to the manager and our sales associate we finally received the sofa.
