I Recommend you DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I had a nightmare experience with them. I rented one of thier complexes in San Bernadino stayed there for 7 days had to move quickly after realizing the place was invested with COCKROACHES. My daughter and I lost sleep for wathcing the walls crawling with ROACHES. When we went into the bathroom they were on the toilet seat, in the bathtub, along the shower curtain. I never unpacked and they got inside my boxes I had to throw most of my belongings away. The ROACHES found a way to get inside the refrigerator, after I saw that I knew it was time to move. That was dangerous and unsanitary for my children and I. We notified the owner and Mgmt CO. They said they would spray, once you have lived in those horrid conditions you mentally keep thinkins bugs are crawling around and on you. We took pictures of them, moved out and the Co kept my first months rent, and deposit stating I did not give them the proper 30 days notice. Calling them and having someone to return your call and even act like they care is a joke. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM very poor customer service.
