I live in a apartment building in Monrovia I think that it is a wonderful place to live. My neighbors are great and and everything that I need done and gets done in pretty fair time. My manager is also great she takes care of whatever I need. On one occasion the hot water went out and she was very apologetic for the the issue at hand but other than that thats it.
