I just moved in to one of their properties in Van Nuys. I have yet to hear back from them regarding my mailbox key and all the repairs that were supposed to be done prior to me moving in. I already sent them a work order request for all the things that need to be fixed had a gas leak during my first weekend at the apt and the Gas Co. Had to come by and fix a valve, I was charged $83.00 I sent the bill to PAMA Management and my manager told me they told him that they were not going to refund me what I paid to get the valve fixed. I tried contacting management that day but got no answer, gas was leaking in the apt what else am I supposed to do.
