I just rented a house from Pama Management thru there property managment called IE RENTALS. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM. The day I moved in all the doors to my house were open, there was trash all over the front yard as well as the back yard. The living floor was never cleaned nor was it vacuumed and had a huge amount of trash on it. The two chandaliers in my living room were broken. I had no electricity even though I set up electric two weeks prior, there wiring was bad. The kitchen floor had been flooded with wooden pieces coming up from the dishwasher flooding, nothing was clean in the kitchen. There was a trail of ants and dead roaches on the kitchen counter. A trail of sugar going from the counter that had come out of one of the cabinets which was filled with sugar. There was mold under the sink and wires coming out of the carpet. By my laundry room there was a huge brick left on the floor and water had flooded the entire room. There was a leak. THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK AND IT WAS 105 DEGREES. All carpets in the house had no been pin down properly causing pins to stick up out the rim. There was no carpet cleaning done in any of the rooms. All the screens around the house were ripped so there was no way to open the windows without a ton of flies coming in the house. None of the sprinklers worked front or back. There were no faucet handles on my bathroom sink. The hot water pressure barely comes out so there was no hot water andd still is not any today. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE WAS URINE AND FECES IN BOTH OF THE BATHROOM TOILETS. It appeared as if someone came in and had a big huge party...They are horrible and still havent fixed much and now want to serve me a 3 day notice because I paid someone else to fix it and I took the payment out the rent. Im going to sue them. I HATE I MOVED HERE. THEY WONT COME FIX ANYTHING...DONT RENT FROM THEM...MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. NO CALL BACKS WHEN PROMISED AND LIES ABOUT FIXING THINGS.
