I have been living here for over 9 yrs, this place is no more than an overprice project, housing authority is better living than here. Section 8 is all over the place. They don't want to fix nothing. The property is a mess. My roof started leaking in December, all they have done is place plastic on the roof. A neighbor had to call the housing agency on these people just to get the roof fix, which has not happened as of yet. It's the worst place I have ever lived, they just keep hiring incompetent managers. 2 horrible to make up.
