my order was 5 weeks delayed due warehouse complications. I was kept updated at all times and even after 5 weeks, when my order was not yet availble, I received an alternate model, which was actually more expensive and much nicer without charging me any additional fees. I therefore can only thank Palace Decorator and am very satisfied with customer service along with price. Even if I would have received my initial item ordered, I still would have been satisfied. Providing me with the upgraded model on shows proof that customer satisfacation is top priority for the company.
