After requesting that the company back the tinting product used on my car I was told I had damaged it. the comment from the manager was insulting and his lack of willingingness to fix a problem was disappointing. I have sent them business in the past but that will never happen again and I contacted the two dealerships I had suggested use the facility and told them of my treatment and they will remove the store from their referral list as well. If other windows were damaged I would accept the answer given, instead my car is pristine and he was out of line.
