I spoke with Kate Jackson about receiving homebuyers from her buyer referral program. The program promised to send me 15 people in my area that were looking to purchase a house in the price range of $150K and up. Kate Jackson told me the company was totally legit from the start, and I would be totally happy with the program. The program consists of them checking with people to verify if they are still looking for a home before they send the clients to me. This has never happened in 14 out of 15 people they have sent me. The buyers told me that PCLN never contacted them to let them know I was calling them. I sent a check for $450 to them on Oct 14, 2009. As of today Dec 3, 2009, I have received 15 bogus clients that are not looking to buy any property at all or have bad credit. Kate Jackson and her team should be held legally liable and even spend jail time for such a crime. I have been requesting a refund by email and phone since Nov 1, 2009 and have not gotten any response back from them.
