BUYER BEWARE
|
I began having MALWARE issues on 3/12/12. I stumbled on PCCLEANER pro while browsing the web so I downloaded the software and did the "free" scan. Upon completion of the free scan I was advised my compter had several malware and performance issues that could be resolved if I chose to purchase the software. Reluctantly I spent the 40.00 and purchased PC-Cleaner Pro. I then entered my activation ket and like magic within seconds the software claimed to have fixed my machine. It just seemed to simple. I decided to restart my computer and run the software a 2nd time just to see what may occur...same thing! Ok so I decided to try once more but without restarting...SAME THING AGAIN! At this point I decided to contact the technicla support line....the only thing that happened here is they ask you several questions about how many computers you own and try to sell you Microsoft Support insurance for each. The entire process I believe is a money grab. I can not find a single positive review for this company and advise others to simply shell out the money for the more reputable "Norton's & McAfee's" of the world. They cost a little more, but they work! Also I was told to send an e-mail to billing@pc-cleaners.com to request a refund.....Guess what....see below
