Referred to P M Appliance for a Warranted Maytag Repair. Called to confirm appointment 6 times over 2 days. Never got anyone live - always voicemail. Never was a call returned. I even paged owner directly - no response. I finally got the owner the day before the appointment (from Maytag). Owner didn't want to drive 25 miles to repair and refused to honor appointment or come do the repair. He told me to "just call Maytag and get someone else." Don't waste your time with them as they don't appear to want business.
