Repair man came on Tuesday 1/17/2012 said I needed a belt ,didn't have one on him or in stock,he told me either Thursday or Friday it is now Saturday 01/21/2012 .Still no phone call from this repair man .Lousy customer service ,,,,,,,, I've called several times and it always goes to an answering machine,,,I left several messages return calls,I would not ever recommend this company and if you have a Lowe's home extended warranty I would choose another company ,minus ten stars rating.
