I find this business to be a great Non Profit organization. But, I find that the lack of Customer Service the employees for the Thrift Stores are less than satisfactory. The employees have no respect for individuals shopping at the Fairfax locations. I have made every attempt to get the situation fixed- They seem to not care that their company is getting a lackluster response. They should do more thorough checks at time of Hire with references. They should be ashamed.
