Ortho Mattress has a "satisfaction policy" that makes it almost impossible to get satisfaction. 3 months after I purchased a mattress set with a 10 yr warranty, I noticed the mattress was sagging. I called the company & they graciously arranged for an inspection. I was elated that they were going to take of this problem promptly and without hassle. After the inspection I received a letter denying refund or exchange with the explanation that it wasn't sagging enough. A few months later this entire process was repeated, & yet again in another 3 -4 months; all with the same results. Apparently, the indention needs to be 1 1/2 inches before they will do anything. How ridiculous! Did they expect the indentation to do some sort of reversal? It is almost a year & 3 inspections later & no change.
