This is furnished to assist others that have no response from OWTEL. You have to understand the Credit Card Collection Act. If you contacted this company and they promised you your money back, well the icebergs in hell will melt first. The law says you must file a dispute within (60) days or you lose. So, contacting them by phone or email doesn't get it. They simply wait for (90) days to pass on your complaint and then they don't have to do anything. So, here is what you do. File a dispute with your bank. It is called a dispute on a merchant. The bank (usually) replaces your money on a temporary basis. You have to sigin paperwork and they then go after OWTEL for the money. REMEMBER! If you don't file a dispute, YOU LOSE. They know that many customers do NOT understand the law and that is how they get away with it.
