So far I am NOT impressed. An office chair I bought has a big hole in the leather after only a year. The phone number on their warranty info says it has been changed to a new number which will charge you $3.79 just to call, and will appear on your phone bill as information in Arizona. What the ???
Tried to look them up on line, and could only find them through BBB. The phone number on BBB turns out to be a fax number, so tried faxing them to say give me a real phone number. My guess is they have no intention of honoring the 10 year warranty.
