Placed an order for headlight bulbs and wiring harnesses on 11/15/10. Received confirmation email and card was charged on 11/16/10. As of today 12/8/10, no bulbs have arrived despite the website stating "If you live in the United States, your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days with our free first class shipping."
I have emailed twice now since the order was placed with no response.
UPDATE 12/9/10: Received a call from company today explaining a backorder situation on the bulbs I ordered. The supervisor apologized for the delay, for the lack of communication, and offered to send a different color bulb in the mean time until the yellows I ordered came in to stock. I declined the interim bulbs but took her up on a refund on the wiring harnesses I'd ordered. The company resolved my dissatisfaction satisfactorily. If it weren't for the lack of timely communication about my order, I would give 5-stars.
UPDATE 3/29/11: My bulbs FINALLY arrived this week. Lets see...November thru March is over 4 months. Ridiculous. Again, with no communication stating the status of the order, even after REPEATED attempts to contact on my part. Here is the real clincher though; the bulbs arrived by themselves WITHOUT the wire harnesses I ordered which were SUPPOSED to be included at NO COST due to the delay described back in December. Never will I ever give my business to this company again and NEITHER should you!
