NitroPlanes is absolutely the worst.
They really remind me of the Chinese attitude of a American Company wanabe without investing into the service and support. I got ripped off buying my kids Christmas presents and got a incomplete kits. They have NO support or service. I spent 1.5 hours on hold, no return voicemails or (2)emails and the online support is never online. Use a credit card so you can dispute the charges. Just make sure it is one of your cheaper card because I will no longer trust them with my credit info.
Be warned and don't be fooled by the fancy website and cheap prices.
