Ordered an RC jet off nitroplanes.com received it in about a week with damaged parts, lots of faults, and it looked kinda like it had been used. after making a LOT of contact efforts (email, phone, chat, forums), I finally got through, they told me to send pictures and they would send the parts right out, its now been 2 weeks and they wont respond to any contact methods. Spent 250$ on junk now, fixing to dispute the charges
