Beware as a home owner, tenant, and neighbor
|
In a perfect world, everyone one would abide by the agreed upon rules of conduct and courtesy toward one another. Newport Escape Realty and more specifically Daryl Frisbee fail to uphold basic service agreements with both their tenants, home owners, and
neighbors to their properties. Daryl Frisbee does the absolute least he can get away with to manage his properties in his portfolio, even after multiple conversations with him, the police, and neighbors. Newport Escape Realty has only their interests in mind
and if anything takes too much effort (i.e. safety of their tenants and neighbors, physically violent and disorderly tenants), he simply isn't interested in addressing. I would not recommend Newport Escape Realty as: 1) he is lazy and lacks work ethic 2) Daryl
is not a savvy and thoughtful professional. He has the inability to see the broader issues at hand. 3) Says one thing, does another 4) Do not hire them to as your Realtor, property manager, do not rent from them, and beware if you have a neighboring property.
