I have had the worst experience with this company! I really wish I had checked them out prior to signing up but I made an emotional decision based on their fantastic promises.
I have been in the program over a year and for the second time, I'm been sued by a credit card company. In over a year this company has religiously collected my monthly payments and to date have only settled one account! This is partly due to the fact that most of the money you pay them is fees. The first time I was sued it was me, not New Path, who settled the account by talking with the card companies law firm.
New Path Financial has collected extremely high fees from me on the front end. So many fees, in fact, that there's barely any funds to actually pay off accounts. They claim that they're out to help people but then tell you not to pay your bills (they want you to pay New Path Financial instead). The result is that you'll be sued by creditors. Creditors can then garnish wages and place liens on your property. This doesn't affect New Path because they will not represent you in court. You are on your own plus they've already been paid handsomely.
I can honestly say that this company has left me in a much worse situation than before I joined.
