I was contacted by this company about assisting me with mortgage payments, they offered "loan modification" services. I allowed myself to be steam rolled into accepting their offer, but decided to cancel after reading over the documents and deciding that this company was a bit light on the details but very upfront about collecting money from my bank account. I called back immediately and requested Brandon Smith to not proceed with the agreement, I was told it would be cancelled, but I found the debit on my bank statement a couple of days later. I will be disputing this, I have read several complaints about this company on Ripoff Report, and at a BBB site (11 complaints there). I am posting this to alert any other would be customers on how hard it is to get out of this. It should be noted that California bars upfront collection fees for these types of services. 11/30/2011
This is a follow up on the preceeding commentary. I disputed their ripoff with my bank, was conferecned in on a phone call with their rep. and was told NO REFUNDS, of course they didn't care that they provided no services, that I emailed them and called to cancel the agreement within 24hours, the said it had to be faxed. Avoid this scam artist.
