Subject: Lotus Notes Technical Training was an Outstanding Success! Thanks to all who made it happen!

Many thanks to all for outstanding teamwork and excellence in accomplishing the first 3 sessions of the Lotus Notes Upgrade training for the IT Technical Team.

Lorane did an outstanding job getting the 3 classes for 40+ participants scheduled and all of the equipment coordinated, which was no small feat because she had many new things to deal with such as the "cart" of laptops, multiple locations and requirements for wireless connectivity to the router.

Lorane got excellent support for the laptops and logistics coordination and sent their managers "Thank you" notes of appreciation.

Gary L, the instructor from New Horizons, was excellent. As well as being an outstanding instructor, he was very patient regarding our technical difficulties (Lessons Learned: No wireless connectivity in Training Room 4!) and skillfully worked around them until we were able to get them resolved. Then Gary went the extra mile and got feedback from the first training session and revised and tailored the class so the other two sessions were even better than the first.

Thanks to Veronica T, our rep from New Horizons, for her help working with us on the coordinating to plan the classes and coordinate the feedback.

Great job! Great team! Many thanks to all!
