Dear Tiffany and Jeremy,
First and foremost, thank you very much for working with me on my 'schooling and education' (of course my thanks go out to everyone at New Horizons!), also I would like to salute to your hard work that lies behind all (after reviewing your email which I received at early morning - it tells me something, OK it might be a technology glitch I agree).
Anyhow when I talked to Tiffany I 'assured' her I would do my very best on each and every exam I take not only for myself but having New Horizons reputation in mind as well.
Taking an exam could be very stressful and 'tricky'... however failing is not a grade but a part of the experience (meaning: nobody should fail twice unless handicapped).
Again, thank you for your hard continued hard work. (Please post this if you like to show some spirit around.)
Knowledge goes a long way where man standing at a mountain story goes...
