This company has just changed the name from Westside Appraisal and the owner Chad Lupia is being investigated for fraud as reported to the Attorney General of California. Do not conduct business with them and contact the attorney Generals office if you are owed money.
This is a case of "American Greed" and this scum will be stopped!
