Hi i went online trying to find a mortgage modifier i got a call from this company they even had a commercial on television said they were funded through the united states treasury department.I went on the BBB website this company was rated a B- not bad to be rated this on the BBB.So i thought well i soon had a man telling me that everything would be fine and that i need to stop paying my mortgage payments because while they are doing the paperwork it can cause some problems.So me as a consumer not taking any classes for this trusted this man.He kept assuring me that everything would be fine now mind you i checked this company out as much as i could i then was asked for a little bit of money about i think it was 800.00 he gave me an account number to deposit this money into as Bank of America i even asked the teller if the name on the account was personal name or a business name she then told me it was a business name so i trusted this.Then it went downhill from there.they then kept giving me several different people to speak to and they even at one time told me that the lender asked for a good faith payment and that they were gonna work with me, to lower my payments.Hmmmm never happened i then once again sent them 800.00 to send to the lender for this.The only reason i even asked for help is my husband is a truck driver owner operator he hasn't received a check for a year and a half so basically working for free i work for the post office as a substitute and i only work on saturdays been looking for a night job since last year.Now this happened to me i then was about to lose my house to an auction in my city so my next step was to be homeless but i filed bankruptcy to save my house the house i have paid on for over 12 years i wasn't gonna lose my house because of some idiots that scam people for a living they have no hearts in their body it is a cold pump that is filled with ice with no regards for others humans.This company needs to be sued i even think sometimes these people run this place out of a garage it is not fair that these people get away with other peoples hard earned money and nothing happens to them they then told me they fired the first guy for telling other clients to not pay their mortgage payments also what a bunch of rotten souls these people deserve to rot in HELL
