To Whom it may concern:
I just wanted to let you know that Robin Travis w/ National Management Recovery Corp. was my hero today. She helped me avoid a situation that could have and was on its way to becoming a very serious incident in my life.
Among other things, she was attentive, thoughtful, polite, understanding, hard working, responsive, personable and willing to do ANYTHING to help me get through this certain rough patch. I know she worked hard and diligently to get done what was going to work best for me. I definitely needed someone like her in this time of need & am so very glad that she was there for me.
I want to personally thank NMRC for employing a person like this and especially thank Robin for her time and effort b/c she is unlike anyone else I have dealt w/ in this situation. I am so appreciative and forever grateful and hope I can return the favor to someone someday.
