Please BEWARE! The rating on this "company" is exactly on the mark. I would strongly advise NOT to conduct any business with this company. What is said in the summary and other reviews is exactly what I experienced. I refused to be "bullied" by the pressure tactics of the company's so called collections department. They are a joke. To see what they would supply, I requested the company terms and conditions and received a one small paragraph note regarding the specifics of my company's, what they imply, order. Which was of course not ordered by us but accepted as a "free" sample to compare against our current suppliers. The absurdity is almost funny except I am concerned that they are folks that would feel obligated and not know they are not by any means.
