DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
|
May 2012 - I was contacted by a Sam Daniels regarding a loan modification. After looking at what I thought was a legitimate website for National Freedom Group I made the decision to pursue the loan modification. Sam Daniels was eager to talk with me and make sure that all of my documents and up front monies were submitted in a timely manner. After submitting various account information (including but not limited to: bank and mortgage account information, credit history, etc.) I did not hear from Mr. Daniels again. I repeatedly emailed him and tried to contact him via phone to no avail. Eventually I spoke with him and he informed me that he was no longer involved in the process and that the Processing Department would be contacting me. I did receive two calls from a Rachel and Ashley requesting additionally documentation, which I stupidly submitted. I did not receive calls from Sam, Rachel, or Ashley once all of the documentation was submitted. I became suspicious when I continued to not hear anything from NFG. Rachel then called requesting documentation that I had already provided and that is when I began to research this further. To date, I have tried to contact Sam via phone and email and have not received a response. I will be pursuing legal action through both my local police department and the federal authorities.
Unfortunately, I also had Sam contact my sister to see if he could help her in any way. Of course he took her through the same rigmarole and now we are both out almost $3,000 each. She also will be pursuing legal action.
These people need to be stopped and need to be held accountable for their actions!
