Our homeowner's association has been managed by Muggee Management for about 10 years. We recently had a delinquent homeowner who was causing all kinds of trouble for us. I guess he figured he could park anywhere he wanted, run the water all day and all night - which the association was paying for - etc. and we were just at a loss for how to stop him.
Muggee Management referred us to their legal counsel, a lady who specializes in homeowner's associations. She expedited a foreclosure on him and now our association owns his unit! We are in the process of evicting him and plan to sell the unit and hopefully recoup some of our expenses. At least our lovely complex will be rid of a very negative homeowner.
We could not have asked for more from our management company!
