I have run into the same problems as those of you who have posted a review. I was pre-approved for a loan and asked to fork over $995. I did this with the understanding that is was fully refundable and after talking with family members and friends, found it not to be a common practice to upfront fees to a lender. After much consideration, my husband and I decided to postpone our home buying a few months and I cancelled. Doing this also because I felt like I was being scammed. Well that was almost 1 1/2 months ago and I still have not gotten my money credited back to me that has been promised. I have many many emails going back and forth with these people regarding this situation and they blame my bank for not doing the credit."We have credited you back your money". Well I have had it and went to my bank and have filed a dispute. My card has been cancelled to avoid any further transactions but I am scared to death that they have our social security numbers and such! Please do not use this company.
