Was concerned, but no reason to be

Honestly, we didn't see these reviews until after we'd placed our order for new patio furniture. It arrived damaged and it looked as though it received the damage while in transit (the box was damaged where the furniture was). At any rate, my husband called and was ready to argue because of the reviews here. The woman we spoke with was patient and took the time to understand what we were explaining. She said she would handle it all on her end. Again, we were getting ready to have to call a lot and go through a lot of red tape. Six days later, the replacement arrived. There was one follow up call from the furniture store and it ended with the woman saying if there was anything else they could do for us, to just call. I can say that our experience was remarkably different than what some of the customers here experienced. We're pleased with the experience as a whole and the table, chairs and cushions were exactly as advertised.
