Meyers has not yet responded to a judgement by Maricopa County Justice Courts. They think they are above the law! The judgement is only to pay me the basic liability level insurance of .60 per pound that is included in my contract for items they damaged! They didn't provide protection (moving blankets) on all of my items as also stated they would which is part of the reason for the damage. Nor did they use "professional" movers as they claimed. They hired a day laborer and a 13 year old neighborhood boy to help them load and unload my property. Meyers has been negligent throughout this whole contract. It is my true belief that someone needs to step in and they should be put out of business!
Resolution Sought: I want Meyers to bide by the judgement and pay the .60 per pound on the items that they have damaged. This won't even come close to replacing any of the items. Total weight of damaged items is 1513 lbs = $907.80
