Successful Modification

I am grateful to Metropolitan Law Group for helping me get a modification on my home loan. They disclosed at the very beginning that they cannot guarantee a modification, as that's in the hands of the bank. I worked with them under that agreement.
I found the team at Metropolitan Law Group to be professional. They kept the required paperwork up to date and spoke with people at the bank on a regular basis. I had already tried to get a modification on my own, and I was relieved to have a law group representing me.
Modifications may be easier to get now that the government is pressuring the banks. I'm disabled, single, and self-employed, so I may have been the perfect person for a modification, but without all of the paperwork being delivered on time and my file up to date, no offer would have been made.
