Property Owner Very Pleased!! I own multiple properties managed by Meridian and I can appreciate the diligence that is given regarding the renting of my units. . . It turns into a nightmare when proper procedure for credit checking isn't followed. This has more than likely avoided a future evictions, plus the expense and hardship for the applicant. The turn over of my property has been minimal since they took over the management and the tenants are very happy!
I highly recommend them, thanks Meridian Property Management!
